Work stays, crews & shoots
Work and production stays are welcome: fast Wi-Fi (700+ Mbps), an electric sit/stand desk with a 49″ ultra-wide monitor, and a free EV charger in the 2-car garage. Film or photo shoots happen only by prior arrangement with Tim, under a separate agreement, with any required FilmLA permit pulled by the production. No events.
